France|Spain Day Four • Barcelona, Spain

Today we woke up bright and early in Cannes to take an hour flight to Barcelona. After only being here for about eleven hours, I already know I am going to be a huge fan. It is awesome here. We rode the subway to a part of the city and stumbled upon a street called La Rambla. There was an open market full of fish, meats, chocolate, vegetables and fruits, it was incredible.

On our way to finding a store we read about, we happened to come across the oldest section of the city of Barcelona. It is full of winding streets of cobblestone and exposed brick. I took a lot of pictures of the streets, and I apologize in advance, but it is so amazing to see I couldn't stop!

Biggest vending machine known to man.

Soy latte! France doesn't offer soy...

La Rambla.

So much chocolate!

The above three seafood items are commonplace, but I have never before seen the variety of seafood like I've seen at this market.

Hearts, tongue and heads anyone?

Mi hermana.
