Sloan + Greg | The Langham Boston Wedding

Every photographer has a list of dream locations to photograph a wedding at, and with hundreds of venues in and around Boston, my list continues to grow. But The Langham Boston was a top contender for me, and on Saturday, November 4th, I was able to check this beautiful spot off my list. Sloan and Greg said 'I do' in a stunning, formal affair at the hotel in the heart of Boston. The Langham Boston was formally the first Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and happens to be within walking distance from my home in the North End.

While flowers, colors and other wedding details were certainly important to the pair, nothing compared to the importance and significance of their love for each other. Sloan and Greg were adamant about creating a wedding day that was unique to them. During their engagement session, they both shared that they do no enjoy being the center of attention and the formalities on their wedding day reflected that in the best ways.

After a love and laughter-filled ceremony, Sloan and Greg joined their guests at cocktail hour ebfore dinner service was to begin. Neither Sloan, no Greg wanted to be announced into their reception, so as their guests were ushered in to grab their seats - surprise! - Sloan and Greg were already on the dance floor in each other's arms. Before the song was over, they invited each and every person onto the dance floor with them, and a wonderful evening began.

The speeches were heartfelt, and the dance floor was packed. It was the perfect way to celebrate the wonderful union of these two incredible people. Sloan and Greg, thank you! It was a pleasure to capture one of the most important days of your lives!
