I met with Sarah and Andrew at Sarah's parents' beach house in April for their engagement session. The pair were engaged at the home on August 28, 2016, and had not been back since! On this trip, however, the weather was much different than eight months prior.
Spring in New England is always unpredictable, and this year is no exception. Sarah, Andrew and I pulled up to the beach house at the same time as the rain! We decided not to let it dampen our mood and defiantly began the session anyway. Thankfully, after a quick 10 minute drizzle, the rain let up, even though the wind did not.
During a short break to warm up in the car, Sarah and Andrew began reminiscing about the morning of their proposal. They watched the sunrise over the ocean, just before Andrew got down on one knee and asked Sarah to be his wife. Coming back to this location makes the engagement photos that much more special.
Sarah and Andrew, you were troopers in the cold, windy and rainy weather! Thank you for trusting me to document such an important time in your lives, I cannot wait for the wedding next month!
