Rita + Michael | South Boston Engagement

In mid-July I made my way over to South Boston to meet with Rita, Michael and their rambunctious furbaby, Cassie, for their engagement shoot. Since we'd only spoken over the phone, I could not wait to meet them! After warm introductions at their apartment, we headed down to the M Street Beach and Curley Community Center.

No surprise, Cassie was more excited to eat clam shells on the beach than to take part in the engagement session, but with her happy-go-lucky personality we were able to catch her cuteness for more than a few images! After exploring the beach, Rita and Mike walked hand in hand back to their apartment, but not before Cassie slipped out of her collar and made a run for it! Thankfully Rita and Mike acted quickly, and with her leash and collar back in place, she led us home.

Rita and Mike, I really enjoyed learning more about the two of you and your lives together. I am so looking forward to being present at your wedding at Rita's family home in Marion, MA. Right on the water on Labor Day Weekend, it sure will be an evening to remember!
