We met for their engagement shoot on a cold November day, the typical beginning-of-Boston-winter day. Super freezing, and so windy, we debated not doing the shoot, but ultimately decided to take our chances because with New England weather, you never know what the future holds. The chilly air provided more of a reason for Christine and Nathan to snuggle close. Little did we know, the upcoming December weather would feel more like April, oh well!
Nathan, Christine, and I met in East Boston, where there is an incredible view of the Boston skyline. We walked around Piers Park and the shipyard and marina, which perfectly complements their upcoming nautical-themed wedding, which will be on the opposite side of the harbor at the Boston Aquarium next summer!
Just like me, Christine and Nathan are huge foodies, so much of our session was spent swapping restaurant recommendations and stories. I just love getting to know all of my clients throughout the engagement sessions! I'm really excited for their wedding, it should be such a fun day! Until then, enjoy their images that celebrate such an amazing time in their lives.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Lauren. You captured these two perfectly! I love the way Nathan makes Christine laugh. So excited for next summer...I may burst! See you then. And, yes, just like Delia...I cried. But, not a little bit...a LOT!
